After earning his Series 7 and 63, Michael founded Investment Concepts, a full-service brokerage firm, which was ultimately acquired by Hayne, Miller & Farni.
For more than 20 years since, Michael has helped hundreds of business owners navigate the complexities of transitioning assets—overseeing a portfolio of company sales focusing from one to tens of millions in annual revenue and beyond.
