Before joining True North, KG was an associate at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he provided assurance services to Fortune 100 and 500 clients in the banking and insurance industries. He also gained experience at Morgan Stanley and Shoreline Growth Partners, further refining his expertise in financial strategy and M&A. KG holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accountancy from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

As a certified international mergers and acquisitions (IM&A) expert and certified mergers and acquisitions professional (M&AP), KG brings M&A expertise to his clients, having advised business owners in a wide range of industries, including building products distribution, consumer products, senior living, trucking, and logistics, medical spas, information technology, medical device manufacturing, precision manufacturing, food manufacturing and distribution, and specialty construction.
