As a rising young professional, Clay was awarded the “Torch Award” in 2023 and has developed expertise across a range of industries.
As a former student-athlete at the University of Minnesota, Clay has been shaped by a strong academic foundation, earning degrees in finance, entrepreneurial management, and marketing. Further enriched expertise through a postgraduate program in entrepreneurship and innovation.
His experience gained as a Gopher Football player has translated directly to the M&A domain. Teamwork, sacrifice, selflessness, and other cornerstones of an elite culture have led to a heightened ability to serve founders and business owners in successfully transitioning their business to the next generation of ownership.
